School Profiles

As part of our goal to help educate students and their families, our School Profiles section features a list of well over 100 top US schools that we’ve visited and profiled. Schools are categorized as Boarding Schools, Junior Boarding, and Private Day Schools. Each listing has its own individual page where we’ve highlighted useful information and special features to give you greater insight. School profiles include essential details about location, admissions statistics, academics, unique extracurricular offerings, and more.

All schools listed below are located in the US unless otherwise indicated. Boarding schools are typically equated with high school-level only, but many also offer options for junior students. Junior schools typically go up to grade 8 or 9 and help prepare younger students for high school admission. Private day schools can offer options for students of all ages and many meet or exceed the perceived quality of the best boarding schools.
