Villanova Preparatory School

In the Augustinian tradition, the Mission of Villanova Preparatory School is to graduate mature young adults of diverse backgrounds who reflect the qualities of truth, unity, and love. The school does this by providing a challenging college preparatory curriculum and Catholic environment that promote the development of mind, heart and body. In this supportive environment steeped in Catholic values, students are comfortable taking risks, trying something new and learning more about the individual throughout their Villanova experience.
Students are encouraged to work to their highest potential, to achieve strong college preparatory skills and to gain a broad knowledge in the humanities, arts and sciences. Villanova consistently places students into many of the top colleges in the nation. Villanova Prep expects each of its students to pursue a rigorous course of study and engage in an academically demanding college preparatory curriculum. Students are encouraged to develop a range of skills for critical thinking and self-expression, and to mature into socially active global citizens.
Student Life. At Villanova our hope is to cultivate a well-rounded student. We believe that each student is a more complete person when she/he is involved in activities which can turn into positive passions developed well beyond the high school years. Essential to all of our Student Life organizations is to provide positive life experiences and service to others.
The Talent Show. The Villanova Talent Show gives every student the opportunity to showcase their talents outside of the classroom. Talents that have been showcased include dance, from hip hop to ballet, singing from rap to show tunes, various musical instruments, from solo performances to full rock bands. We have even featured comedians and magicians. Spectators are always treated to a wonderful display of the many talents of our students.
