Our emphasis on academic rigor and spiritual growth makes this the best possible preparation for college and beyond. We offer students a strong relationship with a top University, personal attention, high academic standards, opportunities in sports and activities and an opportunity for spiritual and moral development. Students will find a culturally rich environment with students coming from the local area, from across the United States and from around the world. The school shares a campus with Saint John’s University creating enhancements and added benefits for our students.
At Saint John’s Prep, we look forward to teaching to a diverse group of motivated students by providing innovative education, while focusing on academic rigor and spiritual growth. Whether it’s our 6 to 8th grade program with the curriculum unified across subjects, or the IB Diploma Programme in our Upper School, the global experiences and background of our faculty, or the diversity of where our students come from, you’ll find a global perspective throughout your day. Our students learn to think independently, critically and globally.
Interim. Each year in February, students anxiously look forward to the week of Interim at Saint John’s Prep. During this week, students do not follow their typical class schedule. Instead, students have the opportunity to pursue an area of interest found in the Interim courses being offered by our faculty. Offerings range from dog sledding, ACT/SAT preparation, College Survival 101 and more.
